SR REGIONAL DIRECTOR AGREEMENT

(Non-Coaching Plan)

The average Sr RD commission from sourcing only one team per month is between $17,000 and $26,000 per year, or $1,400 to $2,200 per team.

Sr Regional Directors (RD) will source fastpitch softball teams ages 8U to 18U on behalf of the Impact Caymol Fastpitch organization (the CLUB).
When the RD sources a team, provides team information about the organization, and conducts research, the RD will then decide if the team is a fit. If so, the RD will provide the team with the “New Team Application” to complete.
For the RD to receive a commission on a team, the following must occur:
1. The team completes the New Team Application and notes the name of the RD sourcing the team.
2. The team is approved.
3. The team pays the 1st installment of team dues in full.
4. The team pays for all uniforms in full on their initial order (minimum 10 player packages).

RD Compensation Plan

The RD compensation plan provides four ways a Regional Director is paid:
Club Fees Commission
1. For each new team sourced (8U–18U), the RD will receive 50% of the team’s negotiated per-player fees associated with the first installment of club dues only.
Example: A 10-player team paying $100 per player ($1,000 total) → RD earns $500.
Uniform Fees Commission
2. For each new team sourced, the RD will receive 20% of paid uniform fees (initial order only).
Example: A 10-player team paying $500 each for uniforms ($5,000 total) → RD earns $1,000.
3. For each new team sourced, the RD will receive 20% of the team’s startup fee (typically $750).
Example: Team pays $750 startup → RD earns $150.

5. What are your team fees?
– Average of $99 per rostered player (minimum 10, billed twice per year).
– $750 startup fee due with first club dues installment.
– $200 admin fee at team approval.
